Alas, a day late and a dollar short — my life lately!
Keep up the good work!
I am on the verge of leaving my corporate 80 hour a week job and opening a small family run neighbourhood butcher shop. I know I’m crazy! I’m so excited to work with my wife and hopefully one day my kids. I’ve had some experience in this area but its been many years.
Thanks for this book I would love to win it but thanks to everyone who supports their local butcher!
Thanks for your note. The contest is closed, sorry. My grandfather was a butcher and I have great memories. Best of luck with your shop and I wish it was opening in my neighbothood. Marla
