If you receive a product which is damaged in shipping, please immediately contact the shipping agent (Postal Service, UPS or Fed Ex) to report the damage. If you receive a product and would like to return it for any reason, you must first contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the product. Please provide an explanation of why you would like to return the product. If we accept the return, we will send a return authorization code. You must have this code for us to process the return. Please note, we can not refund the shipping and receiving charges for products sent or returned.
